Applied science tuition

There are a number of vocational qualifications such as BTECs, National Vocational Qualifications, external (NVQs), TechBacs and Cambridge Technicals.  All of these require assessment via coursework and exams and is where we can help.

Subject specialists

Tutors are qualified, DBS checked teachers who have worked with exam boards to build, deliver and assess vocational science courses.

Understanding of special needs

We understand that each student is unique and will tailor our lessons to the needs and capabilities of our students.

This includes help with exam preparation.  We can also help with assignment coursework, providing guidance to support work to higher grades.

Our tutors provide support which can address specific areas where students may struggle, leading to more effective learning. Our online learning platform is engaging using interactive tools and multimedia resources which enhances motivation and interest in the subject.

Our interactive online lessons use video meetings with a 2-way whiteboard where students can be fully involved in their learning. The state-of-the-art classroom enables students to take part, building notes in the lesson, which can then be downloaded as a resource for future review.

Lessons can be 1:1 or group (if you'd like to spread the cost), the choice is yours. We teach science your way.
